Phase cards

Mental Rehearsal Phased card Each cycle picks a random active exercise for the participant to imagine doing. Breathing Phased card Each cycle picks the current breathing phase for the participant to follow. Ankle pumps Reminds participant to flex their ankles while resting.

Reset device

Pair with Pi

CYD-only. Forgets the current pairing choice and rescans on next boot — show the pair / standalone prompt again.

Restart onboarding

Resets levels, dwell, toggles, edits. Name + start date stay.

Reset all to defaults

Wipes everything including name + start date. Device returns to onboarding.

Also issue a fresh session ID (SID) Default off — keeps the current share link working. Tick to rotate to a new SID; the previous link will load an empty program.
